Rob is dedicated to making your remodeling experience as pleasant and hassle-free as possible.

He brings 30 years of professional experience, and a reputation for quality work and fair pricing to your home every day. He believes good communication and a clear scope of work are the foundation for any successful project.

Graduating with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Drexel University in 1994, Rob advanced from Project Engineer to Project Manager in the Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Utility industries. During that time, Rob gravitated towards hands-on fieldwork and was sought after for his ability to collaborate with other disciplines and contractors. He estimated, managed and completed his projects on time and under budget.

With a passion for green building and healthy environments, Rob saw an opportunity to blend his skills learned in college and corporate engineering with his natural skills as a carpenter and remodeler. He started with his own bathroom and basement in 1998. By 2004, he transitioned to full-time remodeling, opening what has evolved into Reliable Renovations, LLC.

When Rob isn’t working, he’s either riding his bike, thinking about cycling, or advocating for cyclocross in Madison. Rob is a board member of Capital Off-Road Pathfinders, a volunteer group that builds, maintains and advocates for off-road bicycling opportunities in the Madison area.

Dina’s passion is providing efficient, sustainable and sensible design solutions for you and your home.

Dina is a licensed Wisconsin architect with 30 years of architectural experience who truly enjoys working with homeowners. Projects where small design changes make a big impact are her proudest achievements. She specializes in efficient use of space, sustainable materials and low-energy use.

Dina graduated with a Bachelors of Architecture from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, CA in 1992. While working on many different building types, Dina quickly advanced from Project Architect to Project Manager. She was sought after for her ability to communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and be extremely thorough. During the 1990’s when “Green Building” was still almost unheard of, Dina began to focus on sustainability. By 2000, Dina was a sole proprietor providing design drawings exclusively for homeowners. Working with Rob to provide design, remodeling and cabinetry services has allowed Dina to bring you, the homeowner, all the skills she has developed.

Dina served on the City of Madison’s Zoning Board of Appeals from 2008 to 2019, is an avid cyclist and gardener, and enjoys planning trips and traveling abroad with Rob, her partner of 20+ years. She is currently contemplating her next volunteer service commitment.
