If you want to update your space as well as change the floor plan, then you’ll need design drawings. This is the first step in our Full Service Remodeling option.

We provide a complete package of 8 1/2 x 11 PDF drawings for estimating and permitting
If you’re remodeling your kitchen or bathroom, we provide 3D drawings of your remodeling ideas, showing cabinets, countertops, and appliances
We help you choose cabinet styles and colors, tile, plumbing fixtures, flooring, whatever you need
The end result: design drawings and material knowledge you can give to remodeling contractors and suppliers to give accurate quotes to create your new kitchen, bath or basement.

DRAFTING SERVICES
Have a sketch that you need drafted for an estimate or building permit? Have an idea of what you want but not sure how it will lay out? We can draft it on AutoCAD, quickly and inexpensively, and include items the Building Department or a contractor will want to see.
CONSULTING
If you'd like to discuss your ideas with a professional at a reasonable price, we can consult on an hourly basis regarding design, Zoning Code, Building Code, sustainability or materials.
